IAG is happy to announce the sale of our client Swann Painting Company in Kansas City, MO

Bob Swann started Swann Painting in 1970, in a city closely connected to Kansas City, MO. Over the years, Swann Painting, with its iconic logo skinned on several vans and a large building sign looming over the town square, became a fixture and well known business.

Bob has great pride of ownership and wanted to transition the business to an owner who would take care of his employees and continue a long tradition and legacy. Over the past two years, Swann Painting received several offers, including one full-price offer, but none were to Bob’s satisfaction. IAG kept pursuing the “right” match until Mr. Ed Pruitt came forward as the perfect fit. Mr. Pruitt purchased the business at full listing price, and is equally excited about carrying on the Swann Painting tradition and growing it to the next level.

Bob is very excited about his next chapter, with his wife Carol, and confident that this life’s work will continue in good hands.  We wish him the best.
