Masterwerks Tire & Auto has been providing quality car care in Phoenix, AZ, since 1996. They are a family-owned business delivering honest and professional automotive repair and auto maintenance services to the people of Phoenix and surrounding areas.
The ownership team approached IAG in early 2021 about the possibility of selling the company to our group of qualified buyers.
Fittingly the buyers are a group of three friends, who the sellers refer to as the three amigos, two of which already own their own media business and are going into partnership with their third friend who is a master tech mechanic.
Even through the process of getting this deal over the line, which included a last minute change from a stock sale to asset sale, the sellers are very happy with their exit from the business and our assistance in the process.
