This rapidly growing HVAC construction and service c0mpany operates from its headquarters in Spokane Valley, Washington, while commanding a customer base of the entire surrounding cities.
Hurliman Heating, Inc. is a highly profitable provider of professional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) construction, repairs, products, and services.
The Company’s primary services consist of residential and commercial HVAC systems construction. Additional services include commercial and residential furnace, air conditioning, refrigeration, and heat pump repairs and maintenance services.
Approximately 50% of the company’s revenue is generated from commercial HVAC construction services.
Hurliman HVAC was sold to Lonnie and Kylon Gienger.
John Hurliman, whose father started the business in 1940, started to put it on the market with IAG early in 2021 and then changed his mind.
Lonnie and Kylon Gienger were working with me on another business that just didn’t meet their needs.
The transaction was closed successfully on December 30th.
